Our new house....

After spending Saturday Monday and Tuesday evenings looking at houses, we finally found one! We put in an offer last night and it was accepted this morning! It is in Woods Cross, so it is only about 10 minutes from where we are now! It is BEAUTIFUL inside! With all of the other houses we have looked at, there was a lot we would have to do before moving in, like carpet, paint, appliances, etc. We love everything about this house! It has everything we both wanted. The only thing we have to do to move in is clean the carpets, get a new dishwasher (and that we can even do after we move in) and Scott will build a shed to keep the mower, 4-wheeler and outside "stuff." We are right next to a nice jogging trail and they are building a Charter School that will be in our backyard which I am really excited about! I might eventually paint more of the walls, but for now, enough of the walls have color on them to satisfy me, and they are even colors I like. Not ones I would have picked out necessarily, but they look really good in the house! It is 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (the master has a separate shower and a large tub with double sinks and a separate room for the toilet) 2700 sq.ft. Formal Living Room, 2 family rooms, an office/den that can easily be changed to a 5th bedroom, a storage room, extra width on the garage...We just love everything about it! This process has been such a testimony builder to me. It was an incredible experience, just like it was with our current house. The other houses we looked at were very nice, but as soon as we looked at this one, the spirit hit both Scott and I so strong it was unreal! We knew this was the house. It is a little more money than we wanted to go, but it is still within our "budget" and we know this is where we are supposed to be! So, we should be moving mid-May....that is unless Scott and his dad find MAJOR problems with this house in their inspection like they did with the other house...but if you saw the condition of this house....it isn't going to happen! Anyway, just thought we would share some pictures :)
