ATV Safety Class

Scott and I were able to spend most of Saturday out at an ATV Safety class! It was actually pretty fun and I didn't make as much of a fool of myself as I thought I would! Scott took the class last year after we bought our 4-wheeler (Honda will pay for the class, and give you $100 back for going), and Scott's parents bought one for Christmas and didn't want to go to the class, so Scott signed me up for it! Luckily Scott got to take the class again with me....otherwise I wouldn't have gone! We did a bunch of stuff from learning traverse mountains, quick sharp turns, swerving, going over objects, quick stopping, and a bunch more. It was so freaking dusty with all the dirt everyone was kicking up, but Scott told me he was very impressed with how well I did and how I got "down and dirty in the class"....I don't know quite how to take that! Was he expecting me to completely suck? My only regret is not having the camera to take a picture of us all decked out in our gear! I'm sure we looked sweet! One thing that I thought was so cute was there was this old couple taking the class together! They were probably in their 70's and they had just bought 2 new 4-wheelers and the poor lady didn't know what the heck she was doing, but I thought it was so cool that she was out there doing it and they were trying things like this, this late in their life! Thanks Tiffany for tending for us all day long! We really appreciated it!
